Efficient data management with testXpert Analytics
With testXpert Analytics you are always one step ahead. Centralized real-time machine and test data and various other tools provide the support you need to increase testing efficiency:
- Predictive monitoring: The Condition Monitoring feature provides a single view of all your machine data, as well as upcoming maintenance and calibration requirements.
- Smart analysis: All test results are centrally stored and can therefore be extensively evaluated via our Test Data Management feature, while Trend Analysis offers longterm evaluation of individual test data. In addition, Fatigue Data Evaluation delivers S-N curves with a single click.

testXpert testing software FAQs
testXpert primarily runs on ZwickRoell machines. But you can also use testXpert with testing machines from other manufacturers. The requirement for this is to retrofit the machine with our testControl measurement and control electronics.
testXpert is offered with an unlimited license agreement. The basic version of the software is free and can be used by an unlimited number of users.
testXpert runs on current Windows PCs with Windows 10 or 11. testXpert is also optimized for operation via touch screen.
We offer over 800 pre-configured standard test programs in which all relevant parameters have already been set. This guarantees 100% standard-compliant testing and saves time. All you have to do is enter the specimen dimensions.
You also have the option to configure any test sequence yourself.
Operating testXpert is fundamentally intuitive and no special training is required for the basic functions. We do, however, recommend a brief instructional session by one of our service engineers within the scope of commissioning.
testXpert offers a plausibility check option that can be customized to your application. With this, you avoid incorrect entries or incorrect parameterization.
Furthermore, testXpert includes an intelligent, context sensitive help function.
testXpert is available in more than eleven languages. The user can choose the correct language online with a simple click. You also have the option to operate testXpert in one language and print out the test report in another.
testXpert includes a comprehensive user and rights management feature that allows you to specify which user has access to which data. For industries with special data integrity requirements, such as the medical industry, testXpert offers an advanced traceability function with digital signature.
One standard feature included in testXpert is the import of organization data and export of all data. The import function includes the integration of external measurement signals, external devices and a direct data connection to host systems. With the Export Editor, all test and organization data as well as raw data can be exported directly to Excel, Word, PDF and proprietary company (database) systems.
testXpert is continuously developed and tested based on current Windows versions. You can update your system any time and continue using your test programs.
Testing software for dynamic applications
testXpert R is the right test software for fatigue tests and cyclic materials and components testing. It is used for all ZwickRoell dynamic testing systems.
The materials testing software offers the right test programs for fracture mechanics, low cycle fatigue (LCF) and free test definitions.
