ZwickRoell Taicang is located approx. 50 km northwest of Shanghai and was founded in 2011. In close cooperation with the headquarters in Ulm, ZwickRoell's competence center for testing instruments for the plastics/composites industry (drop weight testers and HDT/Vicat testing instruments) is located here. These products stand for reliable test results, paired with simple and intuitive operation and intelligent digital networking. Outstanding global service completes the portfolio.
Based on ZwickRoell's decades of experience in the field of plastics testing instruments, qualified employees on site develop and manufacture testing instruments in accordance with ZwickRoell’s high quality standards, which are used successfully around the world.
The Taicang site is also responsible for localizing the Mflow and Aflow extrusion plastometers exclusively for the Chinese market.
Drop weight testers up to 2,000 J
ZwickRoell has been delivering quality impact test equipment for years. Based on this experience, ZwickRoell has developed a new drop weight tester product series under the name Amsler. These drop weight testers can be used for testing plastics and composites as well as for testing components.
HDT and Vicat Testing Instruments
With the Amsler HDT/Vicat Allround 6-300, ZwickRoell offers a motorized instrument with a fully automated test sequence for convenient and easy testing in the field of research and development, incoming goods inspection, production monitoring and for teaching and training purposes. All standards according to ISO 75, ISO 306, ASTM D648 and ASTM D1215 are covered by the tests.
