Multi-Axis Transducer Calibration for Automotive Applications

Testing technology for automotive applications is increasingly relying on multi-axial force and moment measurements. We will present multi-component measuring systems and different approaches for their calibration. We will focus on the attainable measurement uncertainty using the newly available measuring equipment, and the cost/benefit ratio.
