Software download via the customer portal
testXpert can be easily downloaded via the ZwickRoell customer portal with just a few clicks. All software licenses that you use in your laboratory can also be viewed in the customer portal.
The customer portal offers various additional benefits:

Software update
If you are currently using testXpert III and want to add our newest testing software features, we recommend an update to the latest version of testXpert. A version update opens up new possibilities with new functions, integration of new standards, compatibility with new operating systems, and much more.
Software upgrade
There are different reasons for considering a software upgrade. In addition to internal factors, external ones may also play a significant role:
- You are currently testing with testXpert or testXpert II, but are ready for current features such as testXpert Analytics
- You want to use new standards that are not available with the older software generation
- A uniform software generation is required for global networking

Windows compatibility
Both an update and an upgrade depend on the operating system and software version or generation you are currently using. Below is an overview that shows you exactly which version or generation of testXpert works with which operating system. The machine and instrument electronics testControl and testControl II cover both testXpert II and testXpert III.
