Whistleblowing (Reporting channels)

The ZwickRoell Group is committed to complying with the laws, internal regulations and values set out in codes of conduct and guidelines. We welcome any information that leads to the discovery of a compliance violation in order to clarify and combat unethical and illegal behavior.

By setting up an independent reporting channel via an ombudsperson, we offer whistleblowers the opportunity to submit reports anonymously. The identity of the whistleblower will not be disclosed unless the person concerned expressly agrees to this.

In addition, complaints about risks and violations of human rights or environmental concerns can also be reported to us via the reporting channels set up in accordance with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz - LkSG).
